I'm trying a new method here, so bear with me to share my new listing with our group.
I wanted to share a new listing I have coming on the market on Friday. Equity sale, under $300k, 1720 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a bonus room and a 'man cave'.... on a cul de sac. The back yard is a gorgeous 'nature preserve', no maintenance, multiple levels of decking. The home's layout is open with wood flooring, a nice kitchen- oak cabinets, Corian counters, pull out shelves. Updated baths, it's move in ready. EQUITY SALE. The buyers want to move to East Sacramento (so looking for a home there, but will sell without having the new home identified yet) Down sides- right now you can hear Hazel Ave. from the front yard, but they are building sound walls that should eliminate that within the next 1-3 years. Second challenge for some buyers might be the multiple levels. But in the same sense, it makes for some great separate retreats for various family members who want their space. Address is 4440 Pomo Road (one block north of Winding Way, off Hazel). First showings will be at our open house from 1-4pm on Saturday.
